STL Sports Cards is my go to breaker. I have been breaking with him for over 2 years now. Never disappoints. Good fair prices with shipping included to anywhere in the world. What his spot prices are is what you will pay no hidden shipping fees. A good mix of breaks all different sports including the occasional non sport break.

I will never trust anyone else as a breaker. I have been with STL Sports Cards since almost the beginning. He dosent look to make a ton of money and not take care of his people. He makes you feel like family and I consider him family and would go to bat for him any day. The prices he offers is way better than most. And he works with you a lot more than anyone else I have ever seen. Plus he gets his products from the most reliable sources which allow for a ton of hits and gets a wide range of product. I can be 100% sure in my belief that no one is better and no one can bet trusted more. TOP NOTCH 5 STAR GUY!!!

Great, professional breaker, especially if you’re into Hockey.

Great for hockey, but not nearly the volume and product options of other breakers. Website is boring and not “exciting” to get involved with. Very professional, nothing wrong with the breakers themselves, just a smaller breaker with less to offer.

Mike is very easy to deal with . Great guy who pulls great stuff .

Been breaking here for a couple of years by far the best breaker I’ve dealt with out of dozens of others, Michael is a top of the tier breaker is very fair with very quick turnaround on your hits, cheap bgs submissions etc, great group of guys and you never have to wait for breaks to fill, no lag hd quality and the most personable breaker I’ve had I feel like I know him and his family and am proud to be part of this group-cheers

I have been breaking with Mike for a long time (4 years), as I have with many other breakers too. I have tried most (wich have agreed to ship Internationally), and Mike is the #1. He is a rocksteady professional but whatever you need or need help with, he is there allways for YOU. He does this with passion. Its not just breaking boxes, it is a community. I have been breaking with Mike (STLSportsCards) for almost four years now, and I have to say I have enjoyed every minute of it. Mike is very professional and makes you feel not like a buyer but more like a friend. The community that he has created has a great show of class, and I have gained numerous friends from the community. From the first day I purchased from Mike, I knew a friendship was built.

I have had the opportunity to have gone and helped Mike at the last two Nationals, and will be doing so again next month in Atlantic City. From the time that you walk into his booth and meet other members from the community, it is a breathtaking experience being treated as family.

STL Sports Cards (Mike) is one of best around. Love the variety, nothing but straight up honest breaker.

STL Sports Cards is one of the best. He may not always have tons of variety or multiple cases of a product…but what he does offer is the best bang for your money. He won’t get a product, if he feels like, is the consumer, would not be getting the best for our hard earned money. He is a very honest and trust worthy guy that has a personal connection with most of his clients. The room at times can be a little slow/boring…but we all can’t just sit around the computer. I have traveled across the country to break with him personally and we welcomes people with open arms.

I cannot say anything anything but amazing things for Mike. He is the most honest, sincere, and caring person I know. Breaks are fun and honest. It is a pleasure to call Mike a friend!

Michael is an amazing guy who cares more about the people and community than the profits. He always tries to make his breaks affordable and enjoyable. Shipping is very quick. Packaging is awesome. Great Breaker!!! Mike was the 1st person I ever broke with years ago, I think he was on about break #50, now he’s into the thousands. One of the most honest breakers I have ever dealt with, and all in all a good guy. If you are looking for a honest and fun break experience Mike is your guy. He’s actually only 1 of 2 breakers I ever use. I tried the rest but now just break with the best.

Mike has a community of honest members and he is the group leader with the breaks. The breaks are honest and fun. He makes the breaks exciting when he shows his emotion when a GREAT hit is coming. He has done shows from the National and the Rookie camp and those have been top notch. I have nothing but respect for him and the breaker channel.

This breaker is very friendly and welcomes anyone into his breaker family. Ships very quickly and is very enertaining on video. The only issue I may have is most of his breaks are higher end, which is great for some people. I just would like some smaller breaks with less expensive buy ins for those of us on a budget.

Best breaker out there. Period. He knows his customers by their name, not just their screen name. Truly cares about the community he built.

I’ve been in many breaks over the years and this is the only break that I always use. Mike keeps it fun, affordable and has the best hybrid breaks around. Hits are outstanding!! The community that he has created is safe, fun, and we can trade and sell with each other with no problems. A++ in my book!

I have done group breaks with a number of different breakers, but Mike at STL Sports Cards is the best one. He is trustworthy, friendly, and honest. The main focus is on hockey breaks, but other sports are represented when the products are worthwhile. Mike seems to love what he does, and values the people who break with him, which is a rare quality. Highly recommend!

The strong points of this group in my opinion are as follows.

1) Transparency, Michael does an excellent job of letting us see every card coming out of every pack everytime.

2) Fun factor, the style and quality of his breaks make things fun and he as a breaker is genuinely excited about his customers getting nice cards/memorabilia.

3) Professionalism, he treats every customer with class and is no nonsense when it comes to people who bring trouble to the group. I’m a big fan of the one and done method.

Great breakers and great group guys thanks

I recently got back into collecting and primarily focus on baseball. I learned about breaks and did my first one with STL because after taking part in the online community, it felt the safest and most honest of any of those I had looked at. While there is a lot of hockey, there is definitely variety in what breaks here…baseball, football, basketball, celebrity memorabilia, WWE, etc. The quality of the breaks themselves are top notch and Michael goes out of his way to treat the community right. He lives by the tagline of “Honesty. Integrity. Community.”

May not get into many breaks but when I do I join STL Sports Cards. Very classy and top notch breaker and human being always willing to go above and beyond to appease all. Great group of guys and gals wonderful community glad to be apart of it 🙂

I’m very picky on my breakers. I started with 3 and am now down to 2 with Michael’s STL Sports Cards being the primary. Mike is very up to date on getting the most current product in as well as older product. He produces a variety of product breaks and the prices are decent. I have not had one bad transaction with STL Sports Cards, the plunder always arrives quickly and safely. Aside from the breaking, Michael has developed himself a very good trading card community with mature collectors. As for entertainment, not sure what that has to do with breaks as they are pretty much sales, but how can you not chuckle with phrases like “Oh Mylanta” and “Holy $%^! Balls” while simultaneously being on the edge of you seat to see what holy grail of product he just opened? On a more serious note to close this out, Michael Hodges is the best breaker out there. Very fair, no gimmicks, no bs. He’s very welcoming to his community and an all around nice guy.

STL sports Cards is probably the best breaker I have ever come across. He’s a funny guy,honest, and when he pulls a monsters or someone he’s freaks out just as if he were to pull it.

Just started 2 months ago with this breaker and having lots of fun, my only problem is the Canadian dollar is weak to his USD currency so I might have to limit my purchases, but overall, I have zero complaints…5 stars across the board!!!

Mike always does a great job and when I had an issue with a delivery (not his fault) he still stepped up and did what he could. Always has the best quality breaks and is always responsive if anyone has any questions.

Quite frankly, Mike and STL Sports Cards got me into the breaking culture. Mike does a phenomenal job of posting the breaks, giving good prices, and showing the breaks. Since he moved to Twitch, the quality of his breaks has only risen. Mike does great commentary on the products and will answer questions while the break is on. The only thing faster than his shipping speed is Amazon Prime. I have ordered from Mike and got my products three days later. Mike will do custom breaks which only adds to his variety. Sure the major sports are present and accounted for, but his memorabilia breaks and entertainment breaks are very entertaining to watch.

In short, MIke is what makes the breaker culture great. Unlike other breakers, Mike listens to his customers, and puts customers before his business. He handles the products in a delicate nature and makes sure you get your product in a timely manner.

Michael is a stand up honest great guy. A total asset for the hobby, and breaking community. I only break with two guys and he is my favorite. Breaks always go as scheduled, and are uploaded quickly for those of us who can’t watch live all the time. Again, great guy, great breaker.

You want to talk about someone that cares for his customer and the community. Mike is a class act that consistently works with integrity. His pricing is fair and he treats you they way you would want to be treated. He holds people accountable and his community is truly like a family. This is the only place I break.

Without a doubt the most honest and stand up person I have never met in person (hopefully some day). Very fair and makes sure to respect his breakers and every breaker in his community respects each other! Very important. He’s the only reason I break this way! Only wish I could do more. Michael is a Fair, honest and extremely fun breaker. I enjoy his breaks and manage my schedule around watching breaks whether I have a team or not. Additionally, Michael has created a sense of family in his group of regular customers. We learn about each other, where we are from, our favorite teams, etc. I am certain that there are other good breakers, however I have so much fun on Michaels breaks that I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else.

I have only been able to get in a few breaks because of funds but anytime I have its been a very fun and entertaining experience. Always tries to get every kind of price points in and will always help you out if he can. Very highly recommended!

I have entered breaks with several different breakers and no others come close to STL Sports Cards. Their prices are as good as it gets (very competitive, dare I say low????). The community that has been created shows support in ways that I have not seen elsewhere. Michael has an immense knowledge of the product and the varying sports and he always keeps things interesting. STL Sports Cards is a must visit community for anyone who is interested in card & memorabilia collecting, whether a veteran or rookie collector, this is the space for you.

STL Sports Cards has a well established community of collectors. Mike puts his customers first and has class and respect, His prices are very reasonable and competitive to other breakers. The only thing that needs improvement is the shipping time.

I have only broke i few times but by far the best breaker out there

Although I’ve only been breaking with this group ( STL Sports Cards) since January 2016, I find that Michael always puts customer satisfaction first above everything else. He is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. The STL community is full of an amazing group of guys that will never ever rip a person off. Prices are some of the best around from what I can see. The breaks are always enjoyable and good for a laugh or 2. Very highly recommend.
