Jaspy’s HobbyLand

I started with Jaspy’s Hobbyland just over two years ago. I have been in a few other breaker rooms as well, and none of them kept me entertained as much Nick and Joe have on a continuous basis. Their room has become my nightly hangout, even when I’m not in the market for breaks. While they special in sports, they do mix it up with non-sports breaks at least once a month. They keep their promotions rotated to keep you engaged and wanting to break more, and overall, treat the room like a talk show. It’s been a great way to see and learn about cards, and keep a foot in the door between breaking.

Best breakers. Saw them when watching youtube and got hooked and started breaking with them and they are amazing with shipping, great for talking about cards, and also just a great watch in general for collectors. More of a podcast then a breaking room and the people in the room are great people also. Break with Jaspys and you won’t be dissapointed!

Been with Jaspys for over a year and a half now its always entertaining with JOE, NICK AMD BOSS MAN. I’ve gotten some pretty good hits for what I buy its always fun. Dont have anything bad to say about these guys other than the teams they support DEAR LORD we all are not perfect. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

5 stars across the board! They do an excellent job from having a variety of different products to break daily to quick delivery, well packaged shipments. Jaspy is a great place to spend some time talking sports and breaking new products. Home of the Train whistle!

Great group of guys to break with. Always have great discussions during and between breaks. I’ve been breaking with them since their early days and will continue to break with them. They offer tons of promotions and truly care about their community.

All aboard the big hit express!!! There pricing is on average with most of the breakers. They are very likable guys and the room is very laid back. The only complaint would be is shipping is slower than it should be when I have broke with them.

Jaspy’s Hobbyland falls under the “Ripping Wax” family, which also comprises of Nasty Breaks. They operate their breaking very similar to Shakes and Scott Bateson of Nasty Breaks.

Their pricing is one of the higher rates you will find on breakers, easily falling within the top 3. Mark up on average is 20 to 30%. Also, as with Nasty Breaks, you rarely find full case breaks, but rather half case breaks. If one takes a half case break and calculate the pricing, you can see that an $800 case will cost upwards of $1200 to $1300. Again, very high. They do run several promotional breaks, for example, $100, $200, $500 credits, but be mindful, this is affordable due to the inflated pricing.

I have broken with them several times and their shipping is just fine, on par with most other breakers.

The team that works there – comprising of Nick, the store owners son, and Joe, a former disc-jockey, actually do well in entertaining the folks that are in the room. They have quite a bit of knowledge of the sports industry and can affably relate to their customers

Jaspy’s also have a good variety of product, typically not shying away from any new product and trying at least a case or two of anything that releases.

Entertainment value-wise, they are standard breakers that are not too loud or brash and keep a very civil and proper room.

Overall, I liked my experience with Jaspy’s. If it wasn’t for the pricing, I would break with them more frequently.

The guys breaking are entertaining and serious at the same time. They also handle the product with care and shipping is normally sent out the next day two days later max!!! Shipping time – Sometimes can lag. But, with only having a 4 man crew and running a storefront, it is understandable!

Likability – Very laid back and easy going. Open to any questions you might have, and they treat you like a customer! Not like someone filling the bank account!

Variety – They have something for just about everyone .. including Marvel.

Entertainment – Best in the biz! Joe keeps it fun and enjoyable!! Talks about any topic you can think of, which keeps it fresh.

I’ve done a few breakers but by far these guys are the best!! The prices are great. I like it that they don’t just do all sports they try to keep a good mix of products. Shipping is fast and packaging is great. It’s always an entertaining evening even if you aren’t buying any breaks. I highly recommend them to everyone.

One of the most entertaining rooms I have seen. Nick is a bit dry but Joe is probably the most entertaining guy I have met. Their contests are also addicting and have value. What keeps me from going there all the time is their pricing. It is higher than most and while they do have giveaways I have often been skunked. There are a few values here and there but if I do not see something of value on their website I tend to stay away. It works for them however as the room, is always full and they break a lot of stuff. Recommended for speciality breaks

Prices a bit higher because of the give-aways. Slightly higher prices seem to keep some away. Great mix of breaks in store for almost everyone.

The price at Jaspy’s is in line with other breakers. You seem to get more for your money. I am an average breaker with not a lot of money and I always feel like I have gotten my moneys worth here. Over the past year I have gotten no less than 12 bonus types of items from contest. 8×10’s , lithographs, jerseys, boxes of cards many, jerseys and other assorted things. Shipping is always free, no matter what the size. The shipping time is way better than most. I live in Pennsylvania and I always get my shipments in days. Their likability is off the charts with me. A family run business, lots of knowledge and the brains to hire and keep a person as good as Joe Lee. Variety is key, before breaking at Jaspy’s I thought sports were the big four football, baseball, basketball and hockey. Thanks to Joe my collection has expanding into areas I never thought of before. UFC fighters, Ultimate Frisbee, soccer, competitive eating and tennis. Not to mention the sport of Marvel comics, somethings I never thought I would collect. I could choose many different places to spend my money and break cards with anyone but I am very much loyal to Jasps’s now. Entertaining, you don’t know the meaning of the word, till you get the train whistle. If you want to know what that is, I won’t say, just make a stop into the Jaspy Hobbyland family and you soon shale find out for yourself.

Great breaker, Joe has a lot of knowledge about the hobby and the sports. It’s entertaining to hang out, watch breaks, get involved, etc. One of my favourite breakers.

Everything about Jaspy’s Hobbyland is amazing, so much variety in the store at amazing prices, very likeable breakers and great chat interaction!

I have been breaking with Jaspys for about two months now. Usually, I am breaking with Joe as he is on in the evening and that aligns best with my schedule. I have nothing but great things to say about Jaspys. The room is very laid-back and mature, but never ceases to be entertaining. There is no yelling or insults and everyone is made to feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Joe is great at keeping conversation moving and avoiding lulls where you are staring at a silent, dull screen. He sells his product and brand in a way that makes you feel encouraged to buy into breaks, but never used-car salesman forced into buying. If you have a few hours to kill and want to break a variety of products, Jaspys is a great place to be. The userbase is a little smaller then some of the big breakers and some breaks do take longer to fill, but there are a number of breaks that go off every night and Joes presence keeps things from being dull. The shipping is fast and the cards are packed well, and free to Canada and the USA. The only thing that keeps me from buying in on more breaks is the pricing. As much as I love these guys, I only say this because I hope to see them grow, but the pricing on Jaspys is not very competitive. Especially when it comes to non-sport and older product, the pricing is generally marked up more then I would pay elsewhere. I live in Canada so I am used to paying more for cards and the free shipping to Canada is very appreciated, and even with that being said, there are often times where I would be able to purchase a product for a fair bit less elsewhere. They do lots of giveaways and fun promos (store credits, national packs, panini totes etc.) but pricing is the only thing keeping me from giving Jaspys the highest score possible. That being said, I look forward to breaking with Jaspys in the future and wish all the guys at the shop luck with growing the brand. I will continue to support Jaspys because they really do care about their costumers and the room is always fun and professional.

I recently got back into the hobby of collecting cards through a friend who breaks through Jaspy’s, before that I had never known what a case break was. After my first break I was hooked. For the past couple months i’ve only been breaking with Jaspy’s. I seeked out and compared to other breakers and they just don’t compare at all. I’m not just taking about the product they have – i’m talking about the faces who break. Joe, Bossman, and Nick – all three awesome individuals with different personalities that come together into one – I like to think of them as the Voltron of trading card breaks haha, but it’s great to get to know the breakers.

The way that they carry themselves with a professional manner especially stands out. Answering each and every individual question or comment on multiple platforms – it’s a great community to just talk hobby, sports, or just anything really. I’m lucky enough to work from home and I tune on the live stream everyday even if i’m not breaking. It’s also great incase you miss a break you bought into because they upload the stream right after the Live break.

Oh and shout out to the shipping team, can’t leave them out! They’re really on top of their game especially with how many orders ship out on a daily basis. Everything is sent out fast, carefully packaged and sent with care so you know they’re just as much into the hobby as you are.

I could say so many more great things about them but that would spoil your own experience. So go on the site and jump into a break and let the magic happen.

I have broke with a few different breakers and have had good experiences at all of them. But then I found Jaspy’s and I have never gone back to another breaker. Jaspy’s is the easiest, most professional breaker in the business. I appreciate the family-friendly environment that Jaspy’s offers me and my kids so that we can enjoy the hobby together. My family has developed friendships with the breakers. Lars and Joe. Lars was hilarious and built a great community of hockey breakers. Joe has such a great knowledge of the business and sports in general. We enjoy just watching the Jaspy channel to see what people pull, but also just to listen to Joe’s sports commentary. Joe keeps it very relevant and enjoyable. In addition, the Jaspy community is great, for the most part, it is a community of fun breakers who enjoy and encourage everyone to “get aboard the big hit express!”. As a side note, Jaspy’s customer service has been second to none, period.

I been breaking with them for the last 2 months. They are very friendly, Honest, and have a lot of knowledge about the hobby and the sports. I think Joe is one of the best breakers online. When Jaspys break they are very good at opening the packs carefully, and when the HITS come out they load them straight into top loaders. Jaspys really do care about their costumers and is always fun and professional.

With a professional staff, they are a step above the rest. Breakers are great, kind , friendly, family friendly, and most important careful with the cards. Price: Prices are overall very fair, there is an occasional break or too where the profit margins are set a little high even for case breaking

Shipping Time: Normally good, but on occasion it has taken over a week for me to get some of my new release cards which is a little bit of a value killer as I do resell some of my cards

LIKEABILITY: These guys are awesome, Joe especially, they always make you feel welcome in the room and can tell they love the hobby. There is literally no one better as far as a breaker goes as Joe. He is funny, entertaining and has plenty of knowledge about the major sports.

Variety: They always have something from just about every sport and do a good job of having all price points covered as well.

I absolutely love breaking with these guys!! Their prices are fair and in line with most breakers. The packaging is done very well and shipping is usually very fast. What can I say about Joe? The guy is absolutely AWESOME!! He is extremely entertaining and very knowledgeable about sports. He brings so much to the table for Jaspy’s. That is not to take anything away from Boss Man Mike and Nick. They are great as well. Everyone is very customer oriented and are always very professional and extremely friendly.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jaspy’s. As I have told them before, they are the best in the business and they are my go to breakers. They are the reason I got into case breaking and they have made it overall very enjoyable for me now that I have gotten back into the hobby.

ive tried pretty much every breaker and hands down , jaspys hobbyland is superior , nobody runs a more family friendly breaking enviorment , prices are allways right on , the promos they run are the best and allways a good time , the breakers from jaspy know sports all the way around from past to present , joe has the best attitude of all breakers in my view , keeps you entertained and laughing , joe also has mastered the art of opening packs the right way I call it soft hands where ive seen other breakers destroy cards opening packs , going on 2 years breaking with jaspys and will continue to do so , thanks jaspyshobbyland

I’ve been jumping around for a few years trying to the breakers I like the most. I have been break with Jaspys with a few months now and I can safely say they are my number 1. I will be with them for awhile. Joe is by far the most entertaining and interactive breaker I have experienced. Not only that but the hits they pull are straight heat. The shipping team kills it and I live on the East Coast of the States and they are on the West, I get my stuff extremely timely!

Awesome! I love this place. I found out about them by accident on YouTube. It was my first time breaking and it was a great experience! Not to mention they shipped my cards super fast. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Jaspy’s was the very first breakers I ever broke with well over 2 years ago. Found them on eBay before I’d even heard of breaking and decided to give it a shot. This was back when all you could see were their hands and couldn’t put a face to the voices. Nick and Joe have to be the best breakers I’ve ever broken with and actually was able to meet them at the 2015 nationals. Last year Nick pulled me the biggest card of my life and Joe has pulled me some incredible cards himself. Always good deals and promotions and great chat! They are one of the rare breakers that collect and are into the sports and not just the money. They get just as excited as you do when a monster is pulled. I don’t get to get into the room as much as I’d like now days but I don’t think of Jaspys just as a business I go to, but as friends.

Jaspy’s was the first breaking stream I found, but since seeing theirs I’ve hung out in quite a few lobbies and I have to say I like Jaspy’s the best. The personalities and stream quality (picture/audio) are both top tier.

I held off on breaking for a while and mostly just watched until a few weeks ago.

These days I’m pulling a couple (or more) breaks a week exclusively with Jaspys, and have no reason to look elsewhere.

I’ll watch other streams, but many of them don’t treat the cards as carefully as the guys here do.

Shipping has always been quick and problem free (a very nice feature for a Canadian like me).

Prices are good, and include shipping which is important to me.

First of all, best breakers in the breaking community. Joe is a very entertaining guy and always keeps the room chatting and alive. Great entertainment during breaks as well. Very well priced breaks, ranging from higher end breaks priced higher, to splitting up cases for smaller breaks that are more affordable for everyone to afford is great. First and foremost, it’s a relief to get off my segway and be cordially greeted by a very friendly staff. They like to really engage viewers and bond with them, and keeping up conversations of the latest news in sports. Joe is super enthusiastic and very understanding. He is the epitome of what you would want in a breaker.

Jaspy’s is all about making the best possible deals for customers. I’ve worked with different breakers, seen a lot of platforms, and by far they are the most reasonably priced.

They also consistently have new releases and a good mix of product ranging from high-end to mid-end. One of things I really enjoy is that they seem to focus on both random team and pick your team style breaks. Pick your team style breaks are great for collectors that like to collect a certain team or a player from that team. Random Team breaks are great as well, because usually they consist of a lower $ buy-in for the chance of getting a higher $ valued team.

They do a really good job evenly spreading the breaks between all sports and entertainment. So this would be a great place if you like Baseball, football, or basketball, but also enjoy or are interested in the occasional Hockey, Soccer or entertainment break.

Overall, I definitely recommend Jaspy’s to any new or seasoned breaker. They are great and well worth your money and time!

I have been an avid fan of Jaspy’s Hobby Land for quite some time. I have been watching their YouTube videos for a while and of all of the break videos I have seen Jaspy’s has been the most exciting as well as the most engaging interactive break experience available to sincere collectors across the web. The product itself is second to none! I have broken tons of cases by myself and amongst fellow collectors but the experience Jaspy’s Hobbyland provides is, without question, second to none. Joe, as well as the entire staff at Jaspy’s provide personalized service, along with the knowledgable experience any collector expects to encounter when investing in our shared, beloved hobby. Break on Jaspy’s, break on! By the way, I have watched the video where the Jay Ajai 1 of 1 logo patch was opened at least ten times, Fins Up!!

Have always been a sports card collector but never knew about live breaks until I came across jaspys videos a few months ago. Since I started participating in they’re live break, each experience is 5 star. Joe and Nick and the guys are awesome hosts who never shy away from assisting first time breakers and the everyday breakers as well. The customer service, shipping time, variety of breaks, and atmosphere of the breaks are all spot on. I recommend Jaspys to anyone into live breaks, or first timers who are curious to try it out.
