Jan 29th | 2017/18 NBA Rookie Card Pricing Ladder | Fox, Jackson, & some Sterling!

This week was interesting because we didn’t see a huge change in the Top 10, but we saw some significant movement in the middle of the pack. Guys like Thomas Bryant, Derrick White, and Ivan Rabb moved up 8 or more spots in the ranking. We are nearing the All-Star break and some of the “Tier 2/3” draft picks are starting to get more playing time. This means that players selling for $2-$5 a Silver will get a nice bump with a few nice games.

Here are some quick thoughts:

Donovan Mitchell this dude keeps impressing! He’s up ANOTHER 22% this week.

De’Aaron Fox: I’m such a buyer here. This guy can play….and he will be a star. The Kings kills his value, but that won’t last forever.

Josh Jackson: This is his 3rd solid week of good production. He’s getting more and more playing time. Buy. Buy. Buy

Sterling Brown: Sleeper here. He’s put up a few nice games this past week. At $4.33 a Silver, might be a good one to invest in.

Let’s review the Top 10!

Criteria

We run reports on all rookies prizm silver sales for a given week. We exclude any variation, auto, or memorabilia prices to make sure you are getting a good representation of the actual silver pricing. We use silver prices as a baseline because they are considered by many to be the de facto standard for “base” rookie – NBA cards.
