We are two weeks in the MLB season and the Shohei Ohtani mania is already sending massive electricity throughout the hobby. Each year we are presented a few rookies who can stir the hobby and create an exciting buzz, but there is no doubt Ohtani is different. There is the two-way element that folks are still trying to figure out (re: value), the International engine (Japan is insane), and now there are his actual mind-blowing performances. This is great for the hobby and extremely exciting as a collector.
