2020 Bowman Baseball | FLASH UPDATE | FIRST EDITION — Jasson Dominguez vs Bobby Witt Jr? Team Price Break Ranks!

There is no doubt that every sport drools over the next “generational” talent. We get them every year across the spectrum but some just don’t generate the hobby buzz that others do. In basketball, we have Zion Williamson fueling a MASSIVE amount of momentum in the hobby. In football, well…. we’ve got Patrick Mahomes. But in baseball we haven’t had a name that’s absolutely rocked the hobby since Mike Trout. Yes, you can argue international talents like Ronald Acuna Jr and Juan Soto are those names…. or maybe even some surges by Aaron Judge.

I don’t think they compare to the type of hype we are seeing from Jasson Dominguez. He is what the baseball card market has been dreaming of…and he’s in the #  system in all of sports – the New York Yankees.

With 2020 Bowman we see the first round of Dominguez cards hitting the market and we’ll be doing a whole lot of analysis to help you navigate pricing.  As we emerge from the Covid-19 lockdown(s) we are seeing the wave #1 of 2020 Bowman…. their FIRST EDITION. It’s their “first off the line” product and it was blazing hot. Buyers are receiving their product and the singles are 5-days old on eBay…. which means I have some data to breakdown!

(Side note, the Topps.com execution of the 2020 Bowman First release left a LOT to be desired. We saw lots of chatter across the forums and some headlines over at The Daily Hobby … wasn’t pretty)
